1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the USA takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and order volume.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship only within the United States.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processing.
5. What if my product arrives damaged?
Email our support team with photos, and we will replace or refund your order.

Yes, all our haircare products are sourced from trusted suppliers and designed to support healthy hair growth.
7. Do you have bundle discounts?
